How soon after placing my order will the goods be shipped?

Your order will be shipped once:

a.Your payment has been approved
b. The delivery/billing address has been verified
c. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 12 hours, providing that your order is received before midday Australian Eastern Standard Time, if your order reaches us after midday, processing and shipping will take place the following business day.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
You should receive your order within approximately 3 to 7 working days. Please ensure you choose Express shipping if you would like you order to reach you sooner.
(Please note if you are in a remote area, your delivery could take longer.)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
You should receive your order within approximately 10 to 12 working days, or if you choose Australia Post international express service, 3 to 5 working days. There may be a delay sometimes due to Customs which is beyond our control.

What happens if my order is late?

Please note that Australia Post do their best to ensure that deliveries are received within the specified time frame, however there are some factors that could contribute to late delivery, please consider the following:

a. At times there may also be unexpected delays with Australia Post or different countries customs authorities.  We cannot accept responsibility for this but will do our best to follow up to ensure parcel is delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Please choose registered post or Express post to ensure you item can be tracked.

b. If you live in a very remote area, your delivery may take longer than the anticipated 5 to 7 working days.

How will my item be sent?

Fashion Amour has carried out extensive research to ensure that your orders are delivered with the utmost care in a timely fashion. All items will be sent through  Australia Post, Please choose your postage method wisely, we offer many options including  regular postage, Insured parcel or Express post.

What will my parcel include?

Your parcel will be packaged to ensure your goods are safe for the entire journey. Included along with your goods will be your tax invoice, we recommend you keep a copy of this. You may also receive care and how to wear  instructions, depending on the item you have purchased. 

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

All of our shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, it would be wise to consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left our warehouse. If you are unavailable during the time of delivery an Australia Post representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go to pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post Office.   Please note that we cannot leave Australia Post special delivery instructions, for example:  Please leave package on the table around the back of the house.

What if the item I receive is incomplete or incorrect?

What if I am unhappy and have changed my mind about my purchase?

We are more than happy to offer you an exchange or a store credit within 7 days of purchase, all extra postage costs must be paid by the customer.  You must contact us BEFORE you return your items, otherwise your credit will not be processed.  We do not offer refunds unless the item is genuinely faulty.  Even slight flaws are a characteristic of these  garments as they are vintage.
