Q:  How can I wash my  Vintage silk Maxi Wrap?

A:  Handwash your wrap in warm water with a mild detergent/silk or wool wash.  Gently squeeze excess water from the wrap and hang or lay flat to dry in the shade.  A cool iron may be used to smooth any wrinkles but this is usually not necessary. 

Q:  I have recently made a purchase from your website, but would like to exchange my wrap for  goddess dress, is that OK?

A: Of course! We understand that sometimes purchasing online can be tricky, so we are happy to exchange if you change your mind.  Just send us an e-mail, we will reply with our return address. Once we have recieved the item back, we will send you a gift voucher for the price of the item.  You can then go ahead and choose your new peice on the website.  Please note that the postage costs will be borne by you to return the item to us and to resend the new one. (THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO OUR RETAIL CUSTOMERS).

 Q: If I was to buy wholesale can I choose the styles from the retail section?

A:  In order to get our products at wholesale prices, you cannot choose from the styles in the retail section.  You can choose lengths in the Maxi wrap section, we will send you a mixed lot of colours and prints in the Maxi wraps and the goddess/star dresses.  You can specify colours that you may prefer for example: Red, blues and greens.

 Q:  Do I have to choose one particular item to equal the minimum $200 order, or can it be a variety of items from the wholesale section? 

A: You can purchase any products in the wholesale section as long as together the total is $200 or more.

Q: I have set up an account, but cannot log back in with my password, what am I doing wrong?

A: Make sure your e-mail address matches the password you signed up with.  When you enter your password, enter it as you see it.  Passwords and codes are case sensitive.

Q: I cannot seem to redeem my gift voucher, what can I do?

A:  Enter the voucher code exactly as you see it, all codes are case sensitive.

Q:  I am nervous about giving my personal details including credit card details online, is it safe?

A:  Absolutely!!  Fashion Amour has a secured site, you will notice in the address bar that there is a gold lock to the right, this verifys that our site is 100% secure.

Q: How much will postage be for my items?

A: You can estimate how much it will be once you have added them to your cart.  Scroll down and check on the "estimate shipping" icon.  Enter your postcode if you are in Australia, if you are an international customer, just enter your country.

Q:  When I try to estimate my shipping, it says that "shipping cannot be dertermined" , why is this?

A: If you are outside Australia, just enter your country NOT your zip code or postcode.

Q:  Where are your garments made?

A:   We purchase our products from various countries around the world including, India, China, USA and Thailand. Our Maxi Wraps and cotton/satin dresses come from a small family owned factory in India.  They employ local people and family members to source fabrics and handmake our garments.  Our Thai wrap pants and fishermans pants are all handmade by a small village in Thailand.  They are specifically fair trade and all profits go back to help families in their local communities. Our handbags are made in China and our sunglasses are i,ported for the USA. We are passionate about fair trade at Fashion Amour and have some  peace of mind, knowing that our business helps communities that are less fortunate where we possibly can. 

Q: I have created an account but still can't see the wholesale products, what am I doing wrong?

A: Once you have created your account, send us a quick e-mail letting us know that you are interested in becoming a wholesale customer.  Once we have e-mailed you back with confirmation, you can then log in and go to the wholesale Fashion section.

Q; I cannot see the wholesale products and I have had my wholesale feature enabled and confimed.

A:  Have you logged in?  You cannot access this feature unless you are logged in. You will know you are logged in when a message appears saying " Welcome (your name) would you like to see our newest additions?

Q:  I have logged in and still can't see the wholesale products, what do I do?

A: Are you in the wholesale section? The Wholesale Fashion area is where you need to be, under the retail shoppers section.
